Recon Engines
We offer in house reconditioning of engines for makes and models. This includes a full strip down of the engine, machining and testing of the relevant parts required. Rebuilding the engine using OE gaskets and filters (where requested/ needed) We also offer a remove and refit service where needed.
What we offer
OM651 engine
The engine comes completely reconditioned with new timing chain, piston rings, big end bearings, main shaft bearings and head gasket. Included in the engine is the block, crank, pistons, bottom and top sump, cylinder head and rocker cover. Please see the pictures for example.
OM646/611
The engine comes completely reconditioned with piston rings, big end bearings, main shaft bearings and head gasket. Included in the engine is the block, crank, pistons, bottom and top sump, cylinder head and rocker cover. Please see the pictures for example.
Fitting
We offer a remove and refit service for any engine, whether we supply it or you do. The cost varies on certain factors but can easily be calculated by getting in contact with your details. We offer this service across a wide range of vehicles. Contact us with your details and we can provide a quote.
Full build (Ancillary swap)
Our engines supplied come on a 'long block' basis so therefore all the parts need swapping from your old engine to the new. We offer this service to save you the downtime of doing it yourself. This benefits as we can access all the parts of your engine to determine what part would benefit from replacing. .
